About The Position

The Voice of Texas Agriculture. Company Name: Texas Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company | Department: Underwriting - PMO. This position will ensure the team members in the Project Management Office (PMO), Information Systems (IS) department, and other departments are in sync and in agreement about requirement implementation in projects. Business Analysts will enable constructive collaboration on requirements and testing processes, provide regression test coordination for validation, organize artifacts, oversee test plans and cases, and enable process improvement initiatives based on issues detected. This position will interface with IS technical resources and staff during the development life cycle to maintain the integrity of the requirements and system design. This intentional process ensures all parties maintain an adequate understanding of the requirements and technical design to reduce unexpected downstream issues, manage user validation, and implement future system and workflow enhancements. At the Intern level, Business Analysts will perform duties with assistance and guidance from the Business Analyst Supervisor and other members of the PMO.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in at least an Associate’s degree program in a computer, technical, or business administration related field from an accredited school.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software required for this job.
• Ability and willingness to learn and extend skills.
