About The Position

This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements for various ServiceNow modules, including Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Technology Portfolio Management (TPM). The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining KPIs, scorecards, compliance metrics, and executive reporting requirements. Key activities include creating user stories, process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications, as well as supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and requirements traceability. A strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) modules.
  • Strong understanding of attestation, certification, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Experience defining KPIs, scorecards, compliance metrics, and executive reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating user stories, process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
  • Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities.
