We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Intake SME who wants their work to mean something—someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day. This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience—supporting the systems, workflows, and insights that enable seamless care delivery. In this role, you’ll contribute to work that: Helps patients feel seen, supported, and informed through efficient, well-designed intake and operational workflows. Supports clinicians and partners through clarity, reliability, and trust in the systems they rely on. Moves work forward in a growing, clinician‑led organization focused on better outcomes. Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys—and this role helps make that journey brighter.

Requirements

  • Experience in specialty infusion, medical infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare operations (2+ years)
  • Strong ability to document and analyze complex workflows and translate them into structured requirements
  • A deep understanding of how operational processes connect to patient and provider experiences
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
  • Proven ability to work independently from high‑level direction and engage stakeholders in meaningful discovery
  • Strong ownership and accountability for your work and outcomes
  • Comfort learning, adapting, and growing in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
  • A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with specialty infusion intake workflows
  • Familiarity with CareTend or similar healthcare platforms
  • Exposure to workflow automation or system integration initiatives
  • Experience applying human-centered design concepts
  • Experience working with internal and external technology partners

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex specialty infusion workflows into clear, actionable requirements that power our enterprise platform
  • Elicit and document current‑state and future‑state processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Project Management, technology partners, and operational stakeholders to bring product vision to life
  • Represent the voice of the customer by understanding goals, challenges, and behaviors driving operational performance
  • Support testing, validation, and refinement of solutions to ensure high quality and usability
  • Partner in UAT planning, define test scenarios, and support training and enablement efforts
  • Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to your work
  • Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
