Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in roles related to innovation, Data & AI, strategy, digital transformation, or operational excellence
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, digital transformation)
  • Experience with prototyping, piloting, and scaling new solutions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment, building strong relationships to support change adoption.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., consulting, legal, accounting) with exposure to client-facing delivery modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Apply strong analytical thinking, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and curiosity around emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data analytics, and digital enablement platforms) and translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and business cases.
  • Partner with business leaders and service line teams to identify innovation opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, growth, and client outcomes.
  • Support the facilitation of workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and pain points.
  • Analyze and document existing current-state business processes and design future-state solutions to enable optimization, automation, or redesign.
  • Coordinate proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and experimentation efforts with business and technology teams.
  • Support prioritization of innovation initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and manage a structured innovation pipeline, including idea intake, evaluation, and prioritization in collaboration with business and innovation leaders
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics including ROI indicators, and adoption.
  • Partner with the Change Management team to support change readiness and adoption planning.
