About The Position
This role involves leading business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives. The Business Analyst III will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and business processes, developing recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability, and facilitating stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions. The position also includes creating detailed reports, presentations, and business cases, as well as mentoring junior analysts and reviewing their work.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience
- Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
- SharePoint experience a plus.
- Experience in the Power Delivery or Transmissions department a plus.
