Requirements

  • Affinity and experience with data analysis and creative with improvement of business processes
  • University degree in Business or equivalent years of experience
  • Required Experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years
  • Ability to extract, organize, analyze, and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use of an ERP system
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills is a must
  • Power or SAP BI experience required

Nice To Haves

  • PLM experience preferred
  • Financial knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide reporting and analysis for all Supply Chain activities including variances and pricing
  • Assist in preparation of managerial reports and explain financial results to non-financial audience
  • Review and verify ERP system master data accuracy- including creating and updating items in material master including but not limited to BOM, procurement types, etc.
  • Input new master data into ERP system including running material costing
  • Process share point material maintenance request for Spares department using PLM system
  • Track and analyze production cost variances
  • Track and analyze purchase price variances
  • Support Controller and Purchasing in monthly inventory trend analysis
  • Follow market trends to assist in forecasting
  • Create business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
  • Support all departments within Supply Chain by managing various projects
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with colleagues from all departments including Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Production, and all members of the domestic and international leadership team
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management
