Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business analysis experience within oil and gas operations.
• Strong expertise in business process optimization, requirements gathering, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, communication, and facilitation skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, PBA/CBAP, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ProSci).
• Advanced knowledge of AI-enabled business tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for cross-functional initiatives, from planning through delivery, with a focus on AI and process automation.
• Elicit, translate, and prioritize business requirements by partnering with functional leaders and conducting effective stakeholder workshops.
• Develop and maintain detailed requirements documentation, business rules, and impact assessments, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilize AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to streamline analysis, documentation, and communication, maintaining high standards of data quality and security.
• Design, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track project performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Implement and support process digitization solutions using Power Apps and SharePoint, including automating workflows and enhancing document management.
• Drive change management activities: assess impacts, prepare communication strategies, and develop adoption and sustainment plans for new processes.
• Balance responsibilities across multiple concurrent projects in areas such as asset management, pipeline integrity, work management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with training and IT teams to align content development, support system enhancements, and coordinate go-live readiness.
• Identify and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement, challenging traditional processes to boost safety, efficiency, and performance.
