ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. Produces actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identifies areas of improvement into current operations, and displays root cause analysis of business cases. Creates, maintains, and continues to optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, streamlining processes and creating new processes when needed. Consults with team members across the organization to support their business unit by providing data analysis and insights. Reviews technical and process documentation, ensuring policies, procedures, and process maps remain up to date. Contributes to the formulation of data definitions, policies, standards, and dashboard statistics. Completes special projects and ad hoc analysis as required. Keeps management informed of activities, progress toward established objectives, and of any significant problems. Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company’s purpose, mission and core values.
