Requirements

Procurement Foundation: You have demonstrated experience or strong academic coursework in a procurement or supply chain role.
Meet one of the following (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months): -A Bachelor's degree with 0 years of work experience; or -An educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 1 year of work experience; or -High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of work experience.
Qualifying education and work experience should be in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related program
Adapts quickly in fast-paced environments, leads effectively across teams and projects, and communicates complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Uses AI, Excel, and Power BI to work smarter, solve problems, and turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

Partner with Strategic Sourcing Managers: Analyze spend information, manage risk, and/or track supplier performance.
Drive automation: Transform manual, legacy processes into streamlined digital workflows to increase productivity.
Report on risk and sustainability: Ensure integrity by supporting sustainability and risk reporting across our supplier ecosystem.
Track performance: Use data analytics to track the performance and ROI of our most critical partnerships.
