This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will: Learn how to work within a corporate environment Learn about the exciting world of Fintech and the role FIS plays Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities Build a network of your peers from across the organization This position is for a June 2026 start. About the Team You will join a small, high-impact team supporting the Regional Core Solutions and business and work across the organization and directly with product leadership. The team’s mission is to bring clarity to priorities, improve execution, and turn data and inputs from across the organization into actionable insights for our line of business and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in data, analytics, AI, and human resources.
  • Experience or academic exposure to SQL, Python, and/or Power BI.
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and implement consistent, well‑structured analytical logic
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or project experience in business analysis, consulting, product support, finance, or operations.
  • Exposure to data tools (basic SQL, Power BI, Tableau) or AI‑enabled productivity tools.
  • Experience supporting presentations or materials for senior leadership.
  • Interest in fintech, banking, or technology‑enabled business models.

Responsibilities

  • Support and analyze business and product initiatives from intake through delivery by gathering requirements, organizing inputs, tracking progress, and contributing analytical outputs under guidance.
  • Translate business and product questions into structured analysis, assumptions, and clear storylines.
  • Create clear, well-structured documentation and presentation materials to communicate findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze data, track key metrics, and support models or scenarios.
  • Apply emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, under guidance.
