Williams is seeking exceptional emerging business professionals for its 12-month Early Career Business & Technology Development Track. This rigorous program is designed for high-performing graduates ready to accelerate their development and make a meaningful impact. For this specific role, the candidate will learn various aspects of the health, safety, environmental, and integrity (HSEI) function. The program provides exposure to the business and leadership, preparing participants to solve complex business challenges and be a strategic partner across critical energy infrastructure. Through hands-on assignments, structured learning, mentors, and exposure to senior leaders, participants will build financial, analytical, technological, and leadership capabilities. The role requires quick learning, ownership, and delivering results while embodying Williams' values: collaborative, courageous, creative, and competitive. The program includes a six-week intensive onboarding experience at the corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, focusing on professional, business, and technology capabilities, deep knowledge of the energy industry and Williams' business model, financial analysis, business planning, decision-making, risk management, communication, collaboration, leadership, executive presence, data analytics, automation, business intelligence, AI, digital problem-solving, and adaptability. Following onboarding, the participant will transition into an HSEI assignment, with placement in New Albany, Ohio. Relocation assistance is provided if required.
