Requirements

3+ years of Business Analyst experience in a healthcare environment, with required healthcare claims experience.
Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Experience supporting system, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate business needs.
Strong analytical, process improvement, and quantitative analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations
Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models
Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design
Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections
