This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution—turning complex datasets into clear insights that drive revenue, efficiency, and executive decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance, and regularly present insights directly to C-level executives. This is a highly visible role with real influence on GTM strategy and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, GTM Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel expertise (complex models, scenario analysis, forecasting)
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and SaaS data structures
  • Familiarity with Clari or similar forecasting tools
  • Solid understanding of Go-To-Market motions and a Marketing background or strong marketing analytics exposure
  • Deep knowledge of funnel metrics, pipeline analysis, and campaign performance
  • Ability to confidently present insights and recommendations to C-level executives

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Analyze GTM performance across the full lead-to-cash lifecycle in a SaaS business
  • Build and maintain forecasting, capacity, and revenue models to support growth planning
  • Develop insights around ROI, campaign performance, funnel metrics, pipeline health, and conversion trends
  • Translate complex SaaS data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Create and own dashboards and reporting using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve execution and scalability
  • Support pipeline forecasting and revenue predictability using Clari
  • Identify opportunities to optimize GTM processes through data-driven insights
