About The Position

As Calgary Health Foundation's Business Analyst - Digital Enablement, you will collaborate across the organization to understand how work flows, improve processes, and introduce practical, user-friendly solutions that make a meaningful impact. While an immediate focus includes enhancing our SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environment, future priorities will be identified through a forward-thinking approach to leveraging technology to enable optimization across the organization.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technology, or digital enablement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving workflows and systems.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define needs and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience supporting digital workplace or collaboration initiatives.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and interest in applying technology in practical ways, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Blackbaud RE/FE NXT) and experience in non-profit environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to understand workflows, identify challenges, and recommend practical, scalable process improvements.
  • Gather requirements and facilitation internal and external collaboration to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Support and enhance the digital workplace, improving information management, collaboration, and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, automation, and AI (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform) to streamline work and drive innovation.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including implementation, training, user guidance, and adoption support.
  • Continuously gather feedback and refine solutions to improve usability and effectiveness.
  • Enhance data access, reporting, and visibility, including contributing to simple dashboards and insights.
