About The Position

Stanley Stella is a leading European premium sustainable apparel brand, known for high quality, products. While well established in Europe, our US business is in its early stages, just over 1 year old, offering a unique opportunity to join a startup environment backed by a successful global organization. We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Business Analyst, Demand Planning and Operations, to work directly with the US COO. This role is responsible for owning and generating the US demand signal, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory planning using our existing tools, and collaborating closely with our European supply chain team, who execute production and factory allocation. You will operate at the center of US operations, connecting sales, customer care, logistics, and inventory, ensuring that demand is accurately translated into supply requests, while also supporting day-to-day operational execution.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, or logistics
  • Advanced Excel and BI Skills
  • Experience in demand planning
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Infor M3 or other ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine the US demand forecast across SKUs, sizes, and colors
  • Translate sales trends, customer insights, and inventory data into a reliable demand signal
  • Submit demand plans to the EU supply chain team and align on supply timing and constraints
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust based on performance
  • Ensure demand reflects operational realities, including inventory position, capacity, and order flow
  • Act as the primary interface between US operations and the EU supply chain team
  • Provide visibility into US market needs, risks, and opportunities
  • Track incoming supply versus demand expectations and flag risks early
  • Manage inventory across multiple US warehouse locations, including rebalancing stock and addressing overstock
  • Work closely with the 3PL to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient fulfillment
  • Align inbound flow with demand needs in coordination with the EU supply chain team
  • Work with customer care to resolve order issues and inventory discrepancies
  • Act as a key point of coordination between operations, sales, and customer service
  • Support major accounts and contribute to discussions with strategic partners
  • Build and maintain Excel and BI based models for demand forecasting, inventory tracking, and logistics performance
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards
  • Translate data into actionable insights
  • Act as a right-hand partner to the US COO
  • Support operational and strategic projects
  • Contribute to building scalable processes as the business grows
