About The Position
NTT DATA is seeking a Business Analyst - Claims to support a claims transformation initiative. This role involves documenting current-state processes, assisting with future-state design, and coordinating system configuration activities with the selected claims platform vendor.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, with insurance claims operations.
- Experience documenting business processes and requirements.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting system implementations is preferred.
- Technical knowledge is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Document current-state claims processes, workflows, and business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Support process redesign and future-state workflows.
- Coordinate with the claims system vendor on configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Track requirements, decisions, issues, and project deliverables.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.
