Work alongside personnel in various departments to help them fully utilize all tools provided, such as software and tech-related components and assisting employees in proper reporting procedures, clarifying data outputs, and assisting teams and team leads in using analysis tools to improve productivity. The Office of the Registrar is the hub of the University. We provide assistance with transcripts, registration and course scheduling, transfer credit and graduation evaluation, determination of Idaho residency for tuition, and catalog information. This is an entry-level professional position with limited or no prior experience, focused on self-development and learning to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision.
