About The Position

Join our dynamic Client Support Team as a Business Analyst Associate! You'll serve as a critical post-deal liaison, supporting channel partners and sales teams by resolving complex operational challenges. This role combines analytical thinking with customer advocacy in the fast-paced energy sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Financial analysis experience preferred
• Passion for the retail energy and natural gas markets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for brokers and sales representatives on post-deal inquiries
• Resolve complex issues including enrollment rejections, billing inquiries, and regulatory complaints
• Process commission inquiries, early termination scenarios, and tax exemptions
• Conduct operational analyses to support informed decision-making
• Navigate operational challenges across multiple deregulated markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate status updates to leadership
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and exceptional service delivery
