About The Position

This role is primarily responsible for supporting successful collaboration with internal and external customers and/or suppliers to meet business needs within the Global Business Services organization, focused on Travel and Expense. Responds to information requests and effectively communicates the impact to stakeholders. The responsibilities of this role could span across all teams within Global Business Services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, the Center of Excellence, Vendor Management, Data Management, and Customer Order Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business support or analytical role.
  • Detail-oriented with intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter who works independently under general supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required.

  • Create reporting and metrics, providing analysis that leads to actionable outcomes.
  • Present findings that enable alignment and informed decision-making.

  • Document business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate across functions, geographies, and cultures to achieve results.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
  • Influence and partner with peers to get work done through others.
  • Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners.
