Requirements

An active Secret clearance.
3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project support, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management tools a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey updates clearly and gather information across stakeholders.
High attention to detail, particularly when managing data calls and preparing documentation.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create and edit presentations for program meetings, briefings, and stakeholder reports.
Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and documentation upkeep.
Organize, track, and respond to data calls from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials to participants.
Maintain well-organized, clearly labeled documentation that the team can readily access for reference and reporting.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and fellow analysts to support overall program success.
