Requirements

  • An active Secret clearance.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management tools a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey updates clearly and gather information across stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, particularly when managing data calls and preparing documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit presentations for program meetings, briefings, and stakeholder reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and documentation upkeep.
  • Organize, track, and respond to data calls from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials to participants.
  • Maintain well-organized, clearly labeled documentation that the team can readily access for reference and reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and fellow analysts to support overall program success.
