Requirements

  • Three or more years’ experience in the healthcare industry in insurance, provider support, IT, and operations.
  • Knowledge of Google Data Analytics and Citrix
  • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Must be a resident of the state of California.
  • The office is in West Sacramento (must reside within commuting distance, no more that 2 hours)

Responsibilities

  • Work independently to review and analyze requests for Medi-Cal claims data which may include, but not limited by, building queries within a database, exporting, and filtering data for secure delivery. Data supplied may be used for audits and/or investigations of provider billing practices.
  • Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations
  • Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models
  • Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design
  • Other administrative duties related to Medi-Cal litigation support activities such as supplying claims data reports in response to subpoenas.
