Requirements

• One year as a Business Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Six years of business process analysis experience
• Two years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
• Undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for technical and analytical functions that support complex automated systems
• Use structured development practices to guide efficient and effective system changes
• Oversee work performed by staff and project teams responsible for many applications and interfaces
• Organize requirement gathering and planning efforts to support system updates and improvements
• Share updates with leadership and report issues that affect schedules or outcomes
• Review problems, determine options for solutions, and assist users when application issues occur
