The impact you’ll make Help the organization proactively plan required headcount by role and location based on build plan demand, global process needs, and flexible resource allocation. Transform workforce and operational data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making and long-range capacity planning. Drive consistency, transparency, and scalability in how headcount recommendations are developed, analyzed, and communicated across global teams. What you’ll do Leverage business systems, data sources, and forecasting tools to model required headcount by role, competency, region, and location. Collect, profile, validate, and analyze workforce, build plan, process standards, and resource allocation data to identify trends, gaps, and capacity risks. Develop data-driven recommendations to support headcount planning, resource prioritization, and executive leadership reviews. Build dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools that clearly communicate workforce demand, capacity constraints, and scenario-based planning outcomes. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand global process requirements, role-based workload drivers, and future business needs. Support continuous improvement of headcount forecasting models by improving data quality, assumptions, and reporting consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field, with 5 years experience; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or Ph.D with no experience.
  • Five (5) years of Operations related experience in data science, program management, analytics, or other similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced global working environment.
  • Strong experience in business analysis, workforce planning, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with data profiling, data visualization, dashboard development, and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong systems aptitude with the ability to leverage business tools and data platforms to support forecasting and decision-making.
