This position will function as a highly skilled BA3 for Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction's Project Management Office with specific responsibilities that include working with business units and other stakeholders to gather information using techniques like interviews, work sessions, storyboarding, and prototyping. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business requirements, and translating high-level business requirements into more detailed user stories, use cases, and other functional requirements documents such as process flows, screen mock-ups, and gap analysis. The position also focuses on creating documents and artifacts for sustainable knowledge management, collaborating with program managers, project managers, and senior business analysts, and supporting Quality Assurance testing efforts. Additionally, the role includes creating and maintaining business process workflows and flowcharts, analyzing current business processes for improvement using a lean approach, performing validation of solutions, assisting in developing project task plans, leading meetings for requirements gathering, and implementing change management.
