About The Position

This role focuses on analyzing large datasets to generate insights and recommendations that support business decision-making. The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing regular performance reports and KPIs, building and maintaining financial models including scenario analysis and projections, managing budget/forecasting processes, and preparing executive-level presentations with data-driven findings. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Plano, TX, and requires the employee to be fully onsite.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial analysis
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong quantitative analysis skills with financial literacy and numeracy
Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree
Experience in Consumer Electronics industry
Tableau, SQL, Python, or Power BI experience

Responsibilities
