About The Position

Summary: The Business Analyst 2 provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within a business unit. Duties & Responsibilities: Facilitates the delivery of improvements through Agile ceremonies utilizing ADO, Backlogs, and Sprints Supports implementation of technical changes to systems and tools that support business operations. Collaborate with leadership, business units, venders, IT and stakeholder to identify opportunities, understand requirements and value added, determine prioritization, and validation solutions Helps translate business needs into actional technical requirements. Ensures requirements are well defined, documented and ready for development. Collaborates with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals. Tests and implements business process and/or system modifications. Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned business process and/or system Research complex problems and acts independently to resolve Analyzes existing business process and or systems and determines technical or procedural improvements and implements changes May develop and provides user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems supported. Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements. Analyzes reports and makes recommendations for improvements in processes and /or systems. Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users. Acts as liaison between software vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas. May serve as lead analyst in training or projects. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Working Experience within operations and/or technology
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical or business-related field
  • General banking experience
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word)
  • Research and resolve problems and takes appropriate action to correct the problem while keeping management in the communication stream.
  • Must be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills including follow-up on any outstanding items
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
  • Prior experience in MSP, Hogan and/or Tableau
