Director, Enterprise Architecture: At least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations; at least 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple large cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior management and key stakeholders.
Manager, IT Business Planning: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Manager, IT Business Planning: At least 7 years of IT and business work experience across technical environments and business segments; experience managing teams responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure, and operational support functions.
Enterprise Architect: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of IT work experience in multiple IT areas and 2–3 years of relevant enterprise-wide architecture experience in one or more specialty areas.
Business Process Consultant: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of IT experience, 4 years of process engineering experience, and 2 years of project management experience.
IT Business Consultant: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of relevant technical and business work experience.
Business Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
Director, Business Relationships: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 10 years of IT and business work experience and at least 3 years managing teams responsible for strategic planning, business development, or client management; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation, evolution, governance, implementation, and communication of enterprise architecture.
Develop and align IT business plans, goals, and investments with organizational strategy and business needs.
Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver enterprise architecture solutions.
Analyze and improve business processes, document current and desired processes, identify gaps, and plan transitions and performance measures.
Act as a liaison between business leaders and IT to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements and solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and facilitate communication through implementation.
Serve as a strategic relationship interface between IT and business units, advising leaders and supporting technology-enabled business objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with external customers and coordinate customer requirements with IT, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Investigate and resolve customer relationship problems and assess operational and financial impacts of product or service offerings.
Coordinate strategic planning, project work, resource decisions, and cross-functional initiatives.
