Requirements

For Director, Enterprise Architecture: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For Director, Enterprise Architecture: At least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations; 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple large cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior management and key stakeholders.
For Manager, IT Business Planning: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For Manager, IT Business Planning: At least 7 years of IT and business work experience across technical environments and business segments, including experience managing teams responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure, and operational support.
For Enterprise Architect: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For Enterprise Architect: At least 7 years of IT work experience in multiple IT areas and 2 to 3 years of relevant enterprise-wide architecture experience in one or more specialty areas.
For Business Process Consultant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For Business Process Consultant: At least 7 years of IT experience, 4 years of process engineering experience, and 2 years of project management experience.
For Business Process Consultant: Expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management, and business systems requirements definition.
For IT Business Consultant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For IT Business Consultant: At least 7 years of relevant technical and business work experience; strong understanding of information systems, business processes, business success drivers, and business and technology direction.
For Business Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For Business Analyst: At least 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
For Director, Business Relationships: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For Director, Business Relationships: At least 10 years of IT and business work experience across technical environments and business segments, including at least 3 years managing teams responsible for strategic planning, business development, or client management and experience working with diverse, complicated business units; strong business acumen.
For Manager, Customer Relations: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
For Manager, Customer Relations: At least 7 years of relevant IT and business work experience, including experience managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise architecture functions, governance, standards, and implementation, aligning business, information, technical, and solution architectures.
Develop IT business plans and goals aligned with organizational strategy, coordinate planning across IT divisions, and represent IT needs in investment and resource decisions.
Define enterprise architecture direction and deliver solutions aligned with corporate business and technology strategies.
Analyze, document, redesign, and improve business processes; identify process gaps, develop performance measures, and plan transitions to improved processes.
Act as a liaison between business leaders and IT, gathering and communicating business needs and requirements and helping design technology solutions.
Serve as a strategic relationship interface between IT and assigned business units, advising business leaders and helping deliver technology products and services.
Manage strategic relationships with external customers and coordinate with IT groups, vendors, contractors, and consultants to define and resolve service and support needs.
