This Business Analysis Manager role owns consolidated base analytics for the Prepaid business across all prepaid brands and serves as the analytical backbone for the Steering team's forecasting and performance management processes. The position supports the expansion of prepaid analytics capabilities and the newly established Enterprise Performance Management organization. It is responsible for maintaining the single, unified view of key prepaid performance metrics—including subscriber base, gross adds, deactivations, reactivations, net adds, and ARPU—across the entire prepaid brand portfolio, enabling consistent reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps leaders throughout the business to make critical strategic and operational decisions and shape the long-term vision of T-Mobile. The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for insights, analysis, and reporting using various analytical techniques and software including data mining and business intelligence/reporting software. They create customer-centric recommendations informed by analysis, good business acumen and partner with the business to drive improvements in a matrixed environment through creativity, and effective communication. They partner with various teams including marketing, product and platform teams on complex modeling and analysis requests. This position also participates in the design and development of reporting structures & interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across teams.
