As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology teams to document, refine, and maintain user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide business guidance and subject matter expertise to technology partners throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Validate user stories, requirements, and implemented functionality to ensure business outcomes, acceptance criteria, and readiness requirements are met.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps to identify impacts, dependencies, improvement opportunities, and validation requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to support solution design, operational readiness, and successful implementation of new capabilities.
  • Support testing and Production Validation activities by executing business scenarios, evaluating results, and identifying gaps, defects, and process impacts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for business processes, customer experiences, account opening, and operational workflows within the Production Validation Environment (PVE).
  • Lead implementation and governance of PVE standards, behaviors, and best practices to ensure consistency and effective utilization across teams.
  • Partner with project teams to assess operational impacts, identify validation requirements, and support release planning and implementation readiness efforts.
  • Identify, document, and escalate risks, dependencies, and process impacts that may affect successful implementation or user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, job aids, process documentation, and validation artifacts to support knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
  • Support release readiness and post-implementation validation activities to ensure solutions perform as intended and business objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor PVE utilization and adherence to established standards, recommending process improvements and control enhancements where needed.
