Requirements

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology teams to document, refine, and maintain user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
Provide business guidance and subject matter expertise to technology partners throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
Validate user stories, requirements, and implemented functionality to ensure business outcomes, acceptance criteria, and readiness requirements are met.
Develop current-state and future-state process maps to identify impacts, dependencies, improvement opportunities, and validation requirements.
Analyze business processes and workflows to support solution design, operational readiness, and successful implementation of new capabilities.
Support testing and Production Validation activities by executing business scenarios, evaluating results, and identifying gaps, defects, and process impacts.
Serve as a subject matter expert for business processes, customer experiences, account opening, and operational workflows within the Production Validation Environment (PVE).
Lead implementation and governance of PVE standards, behaviors, and best practices to ensure consistency and effective utilization across teams.
Partner with project teams to assess operational impacts, identify validation requirements, and support release planning and implementation readiness efforts.
Identify, document, and escalate risks, dependencies, and process impacts that may affect successful implementation or user adoption.
Develop and maintain procedures, job aids, process documentation, and validation artifacts to support knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
Support release readiness and post-implementation validation activities to ensure solutions perform as intended and business objectives are achieved.
Monitor PVE utilization and adherence to established standards, recommending process improvements and control enhancements where needed.
