As a Business Analysis Advisor Senior within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL. Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. Provides senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, complex problem solving and business analysis to reach project goals and objectives. Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches more junior associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation. Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate strategic needs. Communicates with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on more complex business requirements. Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides strategic direction for the successful deployment of projects. Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between the external counsel and the Business and Finance legal team
  • Create and implement reporting and monitoring of external counsel responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a communication plan with law firms regarding responsibilities
  • Work with the Legal Operations team on matters related to external counsel
  • Work with Business and Finance COO with the coordination of the Business and Finance team, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings and agendas with the team, outside counsel and others as needed
  • Coordinate and plan training held by the Business and Finance team with various lines of business.
  • Assist with maintaining Business and Finance sharepoint site
  • Assist Deputy GC and Business and Finance COO with initiatives and projects related to the Business and Finance team and larger department-wide initiatives
