About The Position

This role involves providing automotive resolution through a defined six-step diagnostic process. The Business Advisory Associate will offer technical support to group members, including Quality, Engineering, and Technical Advisors, as requested. They will also communicate product issues to these teams and research databases for relevant automotive product details and repair information. Additionally, the role requires performing follow-ups on existing tickets and closing them once a resolution is reached.

Responsibilities

• Provide automotive resolution through a defined six step diagnostic process
• Technical support to group members to Quality, Engineering, Technical Advisors as requested
• Communicate product issues to Quality, Engineering, Technical Advisors, as requested
• Provide information, data and direction using all tools available
• Research database for relevant automotive product details and repair information
• Perform follow ups on existing tickets and close tickets once resolution is reached.
