The Business Advisor provides franchisees with industry training and support in assigned region while driving profitability, as well as being part of new store launches. This role involves building and driving a strong Catering program, implementing the franchisee store Startup Program, and maximizing restaurant profits through business performance, P&L reviews, training, and store operation evaluations. The Business Advisor will oversee the operations of multiple restaurants, develop sales strategies and business development plans, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns. A key aspect of the role is understanding KPIs & analytics, training and reinforcing the franchise model, system, and best practices, and guiding/training hourly employees, management, and supervisors. The position also ensures compliance with safety, health, and business laws and regulations, upholds brand standards, and organizes training programs to increase brand awareness. Responsibilities include participating in regional meetings, maintaining operational knowledge, consulting with franchisees to identify needs, advising the Brand Leader on franchisee issues, and following up with franchisees to ensure optimal results. The role also involves compiling brand compliance data, assisting franchisees with image upgrades, processing required paperwork, maintaining schedules, and building/following instructions for new location setups. The Business Advisor is expected to take initiative to advance programs benefiting the brand and franchisees, and travel 50-75% in and outside the region.
