The Business Advisor provides franchisees with industry training and support in assigned region while driving profitability, as well as being part of new store launches. This role involves building and implementing a strong Catering program, implementing the franchisee store Startup Program, and maximizing restaurant profits at each location through business performance, P&L reviews, training, and store operation evaluations. The Business Advisor will oversee the operations of multiple restaurants, develop sales strategies and business development plans, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns. Key responsibilities include understanding KPIs & analytics, training and reinforcing the franchise model, system, and best practices, and guiding/training hourly employees, management, and supervisors. The role also ensures compliance with safety, health, and business laws and regulations, upholds brand standards, and organizes training programs to increase brand awareness. The Business Advisor will participate in regional meetings, maintain operational knowledge, consult with franchisees to identify needs, advise the Brand Leader on franchisee issues, and follow up with franchisees regularly. They will also compile brand compliance data, assist franchisees with image upgrades, process required paperwork, maintain a daily/weekly schedule, and follow instructions for new location setups. The role requires taking initiative to advance programs benefiting the brand and franchisees, and involves travel of 50-75% in and outside the region.
