About The Position

- How would you contribute to the project management side of Sigma R&D within Microsoft, focusing on operating systems such as Windows and gaming? Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a business administrator at Microsoft.
  • Familiarity with Myorder, Employee Central, Expenses, and internal Microsoft tools (1+ years of experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Additional administrative experience (3 to 5 years).
  • Experience in managing calendars and handling operational tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team -oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Support two leaders' calendars, ensuring efficient time management and scheduling.
  • Manage operational tasks such as device management and processing expense reports.
  • Provide general office support, including procurement of goods and services.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process business expenses.
  • Assist with department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
