This role is responsible for specific day-to-day business, project management, and accounting activities of the region Service Center. The Business Administrator will confirm customer order entry information, assign project cost estimates, and process Order Acknowledgement letters. They will coordinate specific contract requirement needs, review client and project data records for accuracy and timeliness, summarize cost data for client billing, and issue client billing. The position involves maintaining contact with customers and vendors to resolve collection and payables issues, reviewing project status weekly, and analyzing financial and business data to develop recommendations for management. The Business Administrator will also consult with operational management to identify business data needs, improve procedures, resolve problems, and enhance reporting. Additionally, they will identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and oversee project aspects such as opening project databases, issuing purchase orders, entering project expenses, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project reports. This role may also include intermediate-level Network Administrator responsibilities such as user set-ups, back-up restorations, upgrades, and troubleshooting computer hardware/software problems.
