The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals. Graduates are expected to start no later than January 2026. This role contributes to effective executive decision-making by preparing clear business materials, coordinating information across teams, and ensuring timely completion of strategic and administrative priorities. The Analyst serves as a central resource for maintaining governance standards, improving processes, and supporting communication flow between leadership and business partners. In today’s fast-paced and highly regulated capital markets environment, efficient and well-structured executive operations are essential to maintaining transparency, strengthening oversight, and enabling informed leadership decisions.
