Acts as the bridge between business (Marketing/CIM/LOBs) and engineering, ensuring solutions are aligned to customer engagement, campaign execution, and data-driven decisioning. Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech teams • Drive alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes Solution Translation • Translate business needs into system capabilities (SFMC, AJO, Pega, MDL, etc.) • Support design discussions and technical feasibility Requirements & Backlog Management • Elicit, define and document business requirements / user stories • Translate CIM use cases into functional specs, flows, and data needs PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results. Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes. Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.
