This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial services operations, performance strategy, or client enablement roles
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi‑layered teams
  • Demonstrated experience directing performance strategy across client‑facing operations
  • Proven ability to assess performance data and address skill and process gaps
  • Business acumen (Consumer Banking) with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
  • Strong partnership experience with Training, Risk, and Business Control teams
  • Proven ability to align performance expectations and incentives with risk discipline and client-centric behaviors.
  • Proven ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured execution programs
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to brief executives on performance trends, key risks, priorities, and recommended actions, backed by data and a clear narrative
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners
