About The Position

As an On-Call Bus Runner at Bonus Round Bar & Arcade at MGM Grand, the primary responsibility is to maintain the assigned section and keep tables clean and sanitary. This includes clearing dirty dishes and debris, as well as restocking tables and service stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The Bus Runner helps ensure outstanding guest service by maintaining an efficient and organized environment and supporting timely delivery of food throughout the venue.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
• Experience as a Busser or Food Runner in a restaurant environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue
• Maintain stock levels in assigned stations
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and gaming equipment
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
