The Business Process Improvement Analyst (Opex) drives operational excellence by analyzing end to end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading data driven improvement initiatives. This role applies Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality, reduce cost, and improve cycle time, while partnering with cross functional teams to implement sustainable process changes aligned with business and customer needs.
