About The Position
The Bus Person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas. This role acts as a server assistant, ensuring tables are clean and ready for guests, and supporting the overall dining experience. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, and the parking lot, as well as stocking service areas with clean dishware.
Requirements
- Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
- Transports dirty plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen numerous times per shift
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
Responsibilities
- Busses and cleans guest tables in the dining room and acts as a server assistant
- Delivers trays of dirty dishware to the dish room and stocks service area with clean dishware.
- Cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Maintains and services restrooms
