About The Position
The Bus Person under general supervision performs general duties related to serving the guests in a prompt and efficient manner, clean-up, stocks restaurant with proper dishes and silverware, sets up special parties and events, and performs related work as required. This position reports to Retail Management.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will obtain an RBS Certification and Food Handler's Card within 30 days of starting the position.
- Customer service skills desirable
- Perform the duties outlined above
- Deal tactfully and courteously with the public
- Work in fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Performs general table service/clean-up at table service restaurants
- Stocks dining area with proper dishes and silverware
- Makes certain each table is correctly set up
- Moves tables, chairs and supplies for catered events
- Keeps assigned areas clean, orderly, and in a safe condition
- Politely answers customers' questions regarding the Organization
