About The Position

Responsible for clearing and cleaning items from guest tables and transporting to kitchen. Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to: Clear used items (dishes, utensils, drinkware, paper products, food) from guest tables and transport them to kitchen. Clean tables, chairs, and floors in dining venue. Assist servers with serving and replenishing non-alcoholic beverages. Stock and re-stock ice, towels, drinkware, dishes, paper product, as directed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
• Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
