About The Position

Indian Trails is hiring a full-time Bus Operator - Driver in Kalamazoo, Owosso, and Romulus, MI. This role offers the opportunity to drive, meet new people, and provide excellent service while operating one of the newest and largest fleets in Michigan. The position involves driving regular bus routes and charter trips, ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably. Training lasts 4-6 weeks, during which you will be paid to earn your CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements if you don't already have them. For multi-day trips, hotel and meals will be covered.

Requirements

Passion for providing exceptional customer service
CDL (A or B) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and an excellent driving record (or the ability to obtain one)
Ability to obtain and enhance a license or passport for travel outside the U.S.
Ability to pass a DOT physical
Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen, Breath Alcohol test and physical.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no prior alcohol or drug related convictions.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no felonies.
