About The Position
Currently Hiring Hosts to ride the Fun bus to the Wendover Nugget Casino! This is a great part-time job to earn extra money, with the flexibility to work with your schedule. You can work just one shift a week or more. The evening shift involves boarding the bus between 5:30 PM and 6:10 PM, arriving at the Nugget casino at 8:00 PM. You will be on duty assisting riders from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. From 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM (2:00 AM on weekends), you will be off duty during layover in Wendover. You will then be on duty again from 1:00 or 2:00 AM to load returning customers and announce stops on the return trip to SLC. Your shift ends when you get off the bus at your stop. Pay is calculated per trip, with $80.00 per trip plus tips.
Requirements
- Must not get vehicle/car sick in a moving vehicle
- Must be over the age of 21
- Must be capable of moving freely about the aisle of the bus while the bus is traveling
- Must be able to communicate well with others and be an upbeat fun person
- Must have transportation to and from work
Responsibilities
- Collecting fare of boarding customers
- Collecting names and passenger counts
- Assisting riders on and off the bus
- Loading returning customers back on the bus
- Announcing stops as they are approached on return trips
