About The Position
We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Bus Help. This role involves supporting the restaurant and bar staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. The Bus Help will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers and bar staff, and performing other restaurant duties as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
- Works well on a team and maintains a positive attitude at all times
- A good multi-tasker and works well under pressure
- Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare tables in between guests
- Work to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash
- Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained
- Support the servers in their daily tasks
- Clean up messes and spills as they occur
- Help with other restaurant duties as needed
