About The Position

DAEOC is looking for passionate and responsible bus drivers to transport pre-school students to our area Head Start locations. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and healthful environment while transporting children and staff. The driver is also responsible for ensuring the security of the bus and that the bus is safe and mechanically maintained at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CDL (class A or B) driver's license valid in the state of Missouri with passenger endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Transport pre-school students to Head Start locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthful environment while transporting children and staff.
• Ensure the security of the bus.
• Ensure the bus is safe and mechanically maintained at all times.
