About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Bus Driver. If you have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent service, this role is for you! This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, for 12 months, located in Lincoln County - Ivanhoe, MN.

Requirements

• Class C (or higher) CDL with a passenger endorsement.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of road rules and regulations.
• Courteous and professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle two-way radios and tablets.
• Ability to operate 9-23 passenger buses safely, including using wheelchair lifts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely according to schedules and assignments.
• Make quick, sound decisions based on traffic and road conditions.
• Follow schedule established on manifest.
• Work with staff to organize routes and events.
• Follow all driving policies and procedures.
• Complete pre- and post-trip bus inspections.
• Communicate policies and handle fare collection.
• Assist passengers professionally and tactfully.
