About The Position

Driver of Multi-Function Activity bus for pickup at local public-school systems and drop off at Child Development Center. Driver for field trips. Maintain Class B CDL with passenger endorsement. Maintains cleanliness and performs required Pre-Trip / Post- Trip inspections.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must have CDL License with Passenger endorsement.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Up to date DOT Exam.
• Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Criminal history background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Being on time and present each day as scheduled to work.
• Available to drive the vehicle to pick up and deliver children from school or other activities.
• Performs Pre & Post – Trip inspections.
• Alerts Management to needed vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Knowledge of Bus Evacuation and perform evacuation drill twice annually.
• Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
• Check all buses before leaving Child Development Center.
